How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service to help if we can solve the problem together first. 

If not, please mark our order number, phone number and "Return" on the package, and let us know the tracking

number when you send it out. We will arrange reshipment or refund after receiving your returned items.


Have you received my returned items?

When returning an item, we recommend using your local postal service that provides tracking information by marking the order

 number, our phone number on the package and a Customs form, instead of a courier agency such as UPS, DHL or FedEx. Once we've received your package, we will begin processing your return, which may take up to 3-5 business days. When processing is completed, we will contact you and issue your refund. 


I received an incorrect item.

1. Please contact us by telling the order number and the details you received.
2. Our Customer Service team will respond to you within 24 hours.
3. Once Customer Service confirms an item is incorrect, we will provide information on sending it back to us.
4. Once we receive the incorrect item, we will begin processing the correct item for you.


An item is missing from my shipment.

1. If your order is missing an item, please contact Customer Service by providing the order number and the details you received.
2. Our Customer Service team will respond to you within 24 hours.
3. Once Customer Service confirms an item is missing, we will begin processing a new one for you.


An item was damaged during shipping.

If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to 

provide Customer Service with graphs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide "Proof of 

Damage" documentation from your courier. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during 

shipping, you can reject it and send email to us about the case for a reship.

Item not as described.

If the items received are not the one you ordered or not as described, you can choose to keep the item at a discounted price or 

request a replacement or a full refund by contacting us.  


I've returned my item; how soon will I receive my refund?

In most cases, we will refund your money within 48 hours after your package has been processed. The time it takes to receive 

your refund will differ based on the payment method you used.

It will take 7-45 days for your credit card company to process the refund and credit your account.


If you are a registered PayPal member, your refund can be completed instantly. You may check your PayPal account for more 

information regarding the refund.

If you are an unregistered PayPal user, it will take 7-45 days for PayPal to process your refund and return the money to your 

credit card account. 

Western Union
For customers that paid using Western Union, we recommend using PayPal to receive  your refund to avoid processing fees and get your refund immediately.

If you want to receive your refund through Western Union, you will need to provide us with your necessary information and 

then go to a bank in your home country that supports Western Union to pick up your refund using the details we provide.

Wire Transfer (T/T)

Unfortunately, we cannot give more information on how long it will take to credit your account as it depends on your bank's 

procedures. We recommend contacting your bank if you have any questions regarding a refund.

If there is quality problem with your product, please return it to us ,and we will offer you free repair service. Customer should cover the return shipping
fee, and Twomotors is responsible for the shipping costs of arranging reshipment by air mail.
Sometimes we may give you a solution according to the goods' value either issue you a partial refund or send a replacement.
(However, for general Consumables such as battery, mouse and printing ink etc, We only offer 3 months guarantee, for Clearance products, Please
subject to the special statement in the description.)

We offer Money-Back-in-45-Day-Service for every buyer. If you don't get the goods/items within 45 days after you pay, you can open an dispute, we

will issue full refund to you first without any excuses. However, we sincerely hope you can repay if you finally get the goods/items after 45
