About the normal return, how will you do?

The normal return time of goods is 7 to 14 days (subject to the detailed description of the goods page) within 7 to 14 days, if you want to return the goods, please contact our customer service. They will tell you in detail. Ensure complete goods packaging, buyers will bear the return freight. After receives goods, if the product is right, we will return the payment in 1-3 days.

About the special case, how will you do?

As to the customer's special order, or according to customer's personalized recommendation parts and solutions, if not sellers’ fault, we don’t provide returned goods Services .Buyers can enjoy quality assurance services.

When the goods damaged in the process of logistics, how will you do?

For the goods damaged in the process of logistics, please check immediately after receipt of the goods, Feedback to our customer service within three days. You should provide the goods damaged pictures, after confirmation by our company, we reissue the goods.

When our company makes a mistake, how will you do?

For the mistake caused by our company, such as non-available, the error delivery model or delay the delivery more than 15 days (except the Ordering products). Customers can directly ask for a refund. Customer service will return the goods in 1 to 3 days.

For the case that goods are returned caused by the sellers have not made customs clearance procedures in time, after the seller receiving the goods, if items conform to the relevant conditions, the seller deducts the shipping freight and other reasonable logistics freight then return the refund.

About the customized products or second-hand products, how will you do?

For customized products, second-hand products that is tested OK or compatible products, customer should pay attention to the products’ application range, If not seller’s fault, we don’t provide return services, but can enjoy products quality assurance services.

Not satisfied with the national taxes and fees or the return policy?

For the case that customers are not satisfied with the national taxes and fees, and requested a refund, we shall not be supported.

For individual buyers ignoring our company’s return policy, threatened to ask for unreasonable return service, the seller deny the service directly.
